Aunt Patti, no, ...Thank you all for your comments,

Aunt Patti, no, I actually don't know who Katherine Swynford is... I guess I could "Google" her. Did you read the Empress Josephine book for a project or "just because"? I am thrilled to see you here, btw.

Amy, That part took me by surprise, too. I had to go back and listen to the first two chapters again after I finished the book, since I understood what was going on then. It was a "good" book, but not a enjoyable or a happy one.

Adam, I wouldn't be the person to judge the taste qualities of one "kind" of milk vs. the other, because I haven't drank a glass of milk since I was about ten. I don't know what it is, maybe I'm just weird like everybody says, but it isn't really my kind of thing. I do agree with you that it is better for you than any store bought milk, since it isn't pasteurized. I do like cheese and butter and sour cream, though! :)

Oh, and you can keep the snow.

TracyTracy M.https://www.blogger.com/profile/01454272931715084793noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-958688450979000767.post-37781748356978233302010-02-11T14:29:31.831-08:002010-02-11T14:29:31.831-08:00Wuthering Heights grows on you as you get older. ...Wuthering Heights grows on you as you get older. The Empress Josephine book is good, I read it last summer. Now I am reading a biography of Katherine Swynford - do you know who she is?

Aunt PattiPattihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01977172998554322461noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-958688450979000767.post-36334644156798549332010-02-11T13:14:46.498-08:002010-02-11T13:14:46.498-08:00Tee hee...I read Wuthering Heights and got scared ...Tee hee...I read Wuthering Heights and got scared out of my skin at the part when that guy was sleeping in the room where the ghostly girl shows up at the window in the beginning of the book. It is sad, depressing, dreary. Not the thing to be reading on a cold, dreary day.

Here's looking forward to springtime, sunshine, and baby ducks.

-AmyAmyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15183354814224320009noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-958688450979000767.post-38734778336507737402010-02-11T12:09:34.259-08:002010-02-11T12:09:34.259-08:00Thanks for sharing, Tracy, and praise God for good...Thanks for sharing, Tracy, and praise God for good milk. I switched to using only organic milk over the summer, which is the closest we can come to the goodness y'all are enjoying whilst still living in and preparing ourselves to leave the world. I used to couldn't drink straight milk as long as I bought PET and other processed filth, but the difference between that and organic milk is so great that now I drink about a full cup of milk every day, and enjoy every bit of it!

I'm sure that the difference between my organic milk and Kate's fresh goods is so great that it is incomprehensible. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if you're disgusted by the fact that I actually find organic milk drinkable!

I see also that your sense of humor is a bit like someone else's I know. Wonder where you got it from?

Oh, and about time y'all got a bit of a taste of what this snow stuff is like.

In Him,
- AdamUnknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17268890080777842233noreply@blogger.com
